To reduce noise, particularly at night, you can activate Quiet Mode, which lowers the display brightness and runs the fan at its quietest speed.

You can let the condensate flow straight to a drain or gather it in the unit's 4 litre tank. When the tank hits its limit, it gives a friendly beep, and the unit shuts off until you empty it.
