If you are considering investing in your first system, the Autodrain is a great option. This system allows you to easily pump excess water to waste, preventing your plants from sitting in nutrient solution. As a result, your plants are encouraged to search for water, leading to rapid growth in the root zone. Plus, the system allows for easy monitoring of EC and pH levels to fine tune your feeding.
This modular system is highly flexible, allowing the Control Unit to collect run-off from any number of plants as needed, and redirect it for disposal. Additionally, it enables the monitoring of pH and EC levels in the run-off, ensuring plants receive the perfect amount of nutrient.

How does it work?

Auto-drain effectively eliminates excess run-off, effectively preventing root rot, promoting optimal nutrient uptake and growth, and significantly decreasing the likelihood of crop-destroying problems such as Pythium. The Auto-drain Control Unit collects this run-off and automatically pumps it to waste once it reaches the lower float.
